I was contacted by Tom Crain of Ankle-Savers™ about improving the website for his new product. He has an innovative product that maintains a very high level of simplicity. The website needed to reflect those product features. The main goals of this project were: high impact, simple (one page if possible), show product through video. Yamaha YFZ450X Press Introduction

I was invited by John Pellan, owner of ATVScene.com, to attend the press introduction for the all new 2010 Yamaha YFZ450X quad. It was held in Union, SC, at Big Buck Racing. Yamaha builds some of the best sport quads in the market and I was very excited to be at the helm of their newest cross country rocket.

Free Website Winner Announced

Octane Media is proud to announce the winner of our Free Website Offer is MX for Children of Woodinville, WA. It is an honor for us to work with an organization that gives back so unselfishly.

MX for Children’s Mission:
Our vision is to create a replicable, sustainable charitable donation program for Children’s’ hospitals across the country that draws on the popularity of motocross locally to build a grass roots giving campaign that feeds into larger annual fund raising events centered around a premium experience at the AMA Supercross stop in a hospital’s local city.

MX for Children’s Recent Success
For the 2007—2009 racing seasons over $350,000 has been raised at MX for Children events. For 2009, SX events were held in Houston, Toronto and Seattle.

Octane Media is excited about the opportunity to donate our services to such a worthwhile organization. We are looking forward to making a positive impact by helping them help others.

Faith Racers Ministry Wordpress

The brain child of Andre Pene, the Faith Racers ministry has grown into a vital asset for motocross events all over the Southeast. Andre prepares monthly “Life Lessons” that often relate to the sport of motocross. The impact that this ministry is having on the MX racing scene is apparent at ecah event.

Andre contacted us in hopes of getting a quick website built that looked good, wasn’t overly expensive and was easy to update. Enter, Wordpress, the same software on which our OctaneMedia.com site is built. The site was deployed onto a Linux server with PHP5 and utilizing MySQL for data. The entire site, graphics and all was deployed within a week, keeping costs low.
