SEMA 2012 Photos uploaded and processed by Octane Media. We spent all week at SEMA and shot over 2000 photos. We have posted over 1500 of them. Most of them are here, and the entire set (over 1500 photos) is available at http://www.flickr.com/photos/octanemedia/sets/72157631902474856/with/8151445253/.
RK Concepts is on hand at the 2012 SEMA show with more of their crazy creations. At SEMA 2011, RK had some of the most creative machines on the floor. I expect this year to be no different. I’ll be on the lookout for something more unique than these bikes, but I won’t be holding my breath.
For two days each year, off road racing’s elite drivers, builders, sponsors and fans gather at the Fairplex in Pomona, CA for what most view as the one annual go-to event in the off road racing community. This year’s Expo was no exception to that rule, with some of the highlights as follows.
Seeing that the XRRA was going to be so close to my home town, I couldn’t pass up the chance to see some rock racing action. See all of the pictures after the jump.
Special thanks to Jeff Keeton of GoByFastPhotos for enduring the dust and flying rocks with his camera equipment. Without him we wouldn’t have all of these cool pictures.
I’m finally back from the 2009 King of the Hammers race. The turnout was simply amazing, and so was the racing. A faulty unit bearing ruined the day for the Blue Torch gang, but they powered though and salvaged a great day of testing the new buggy.
I was recently invited to take some pictures and video at the Birmingham, AL, World of Wheels event. Special thanks to Sonny McClean for having me out. See all of the pictures after the jump.
I will be attending the King of the Hammers race next week working with Blue Torch Fab to get some video and still shots of their now famous rock/sand racer. Please stay posted for more details.
