2010 Atlanta Supercross Photos

Octane Media was contacted by Tom Crain of Ankle-Savers™ to cover a few of his team riders at the 2010 Atlanta Supercross event. We weren’t able to secure a media pass in time, so the photos and video I was able to shoot were shot from the stands or pits with a DSLR camera, so [...]

The 2010 King of the Hammers results show 43 of the 100 vehicles finishing the race. That’s a massive attrition rate and clearly demonstrates how grueling this race is on equipment and race teams.

2010 King of the Hammers Photos

The 2010 King of the Hammers race was an absolutely amazing event. I can’t explain how brutal the race was on everyone’s rigs. The desert has a way of humbling even the best prepared teams.

PRI Photos 2009

I’m here in Orlando, FL, for the 2009 Performance Racing Industry show. I didn’t really come to the show on a mission to grab tons of photos, but I did snap a few pictures of interesting products and vehicles. I will probably have some more to post from Saturday’s show.

SEMA Photos 2009 – Day 4

The 2009 SEMA show finally wound down today. As expected, the crowd was a little down compared to the earlier days in the week. Overall, I was very happy with the turnout at the 2009 SEMA show and I feel that it was a good indicator that the automotive industry is still doing very well [...]

SEMA 2009 Photos

SEMA 2009 photos are coming soon. The 2009 SEMA show opened with a bang and the crowd was much better than we expected. Although it looks like the overall surface area of the show is down a little compared to SEMA 2008, the quality of the booths are definitely on par with previous years.
Below you [...]

Brad Anderson Enterprises BAE Engines

While attending the Off Road Expo in Pomona last week, we took a little detour to BAE (Brad Anderson Enterprises). They make, arguably, the best drag racing engines on the planet. I was amazed at what they do with just a bare chunk of aluminum straight from the mold. BAE makes engines for the top [...]

2009 Off Road Expo in Pomona, CA

For years, I have seen coverage of the Offroad Expo, held at the FairPlex in Pomona, CA. Each year, I think I’m going to be able to make it, but it just never worked out. The amount of craftsmanship in the products and vehicles at this show is second to none, especially in the off [...]
